  • The Move Room is a boutique fitness studio offering premium, tailored classes with a holistic approach. We focus on incorporating both body and mind to help you unlock your full potential.

  • Our studio is located at 3/5 Coghill Drive, Currumbin Waters inside Sante Health Studio.

  • We offer a variety of classes, incorporating mixed modalities. Each class is designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and stabilize your joints.

  • Our instructors are certified professionals with extensive experience in their respective fields. They are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals in a safe and effective manner.

  • You can book classes online through our website. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

  • You can sign up for class packs through our website on the homepage. Feel free to email jaymee@themoveroom.com to discuss options that best suit your needs.

  • At the moment we are unable to offer membership packages. We offer class packs and drop-in rates are available.

  • We suggest bringing a water bottle, a towel, and comfortable workout attire. All classes are barefoot so no shoes!

  • Absolutely! Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. Our instructors will guide you and provide modifications as needed.

  • We require at least 12 hours' notice for class cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

  • Yes, with clearance from your doctor, you can definitely participate in our classes.

    Although we do not provide pre and post natal specific classes, we offer tailored modifications and support to guide you safely and effectively through your pre and post natal journey. Please note: Immediately before and after delivery, there will be limitations and possibly exemptions to ensure your health and safety. Our goal is to help you stay strong, flexible, and healthy during this important time.
