    Every 45-minute session is guided by experienced trainers who specialise in working with older adults. No two classes are the same — you’ll enjoy a variety of movements and functional exercises tailored to your ability, with plenty of modifications to ensure you feel confident and cared for.


    Whether your goal is to stay active, improve balance, or simply enjoy moving with others in a friendly small-group setting, Senior Strength 65+ will help you build confidence, energy, and independence to support everyday life.

  • We require at least 12 hours' notice for class cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

  • Yes, with clearance from your doctor, you can definitely participate in our classes.

    Although we do not provide pre and post natal specific classes, we offer tailored modifications and support to guide you safely and effectively through your pre and post natal journey. Please note: Immediately before and after delivery, there will be limitations and possibly exemptions to ensure your health and safety. Our goal is to help you stay strong, flexible, and healthy during this important time.
